Almost There ...

We began working on a different version of our pattern, "The Essential Bed Quilt."  This quilt is done in 3 Sisters' Double Chocolat line.  You may remember my original from this blog post where we used Fig Trees' Tapestry line.  I'm absolutely loving the way this new version is coming together and can't wait to show you the finished project ... hopefully, next Friday?  I'm working on a special quilting design for it and am just itching to get it on the long arm.

Right now, there's another special project on my long arm which I can't show you, because it is having it's debut this Friday when I participate in Madame Samm's Shake Your Pom Poms blog hop.  Definitely stop by this Friday to check out my finished project!

As you can see this is a big quilt and wouldn't fit on our design wall, so we have laid it underneath the long arm!
